By dining with us, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Customers must follow restaurant rules and respect both staff and other guests. Outside food and drinks are not allowed. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves in a disruptive or inappropriate manner.
Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person. We hold reserved tables for 15 minutes after the scheduled time before releasing them to other guests. Walk-ins are accepted based on table availability.
We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and online payments such as Apple Pay or Google Pay. Full payment is required when placing an order. Prices may change without prior notice due to market conditions.
For dine-in reservations, cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Once a takeaway or delivery order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled. Refunds are only available for incorrect or missing items. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately on our Restaurant Contact details.
Our food may contain allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, shellfish, and eggs. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our food is completely allergen-free. Customers with food allergies should inform our staff before placing an order.
For delivery orders, estimated delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or other conditions. Customers must provide accurate delivery details and be available to receive their order. Once food is delivered, we are not responsible for improper storage or consumption after a reasonable period.
A 10% service charge may be applied to large groups. Tipping is appreciated but not required.
Customers must behave respectfully towards staff and other guests. We reserve the right to remove any individual causing a disturbance. Any damage to restaurant property caused by a customer will be their responsibility, and they may be required to pay for repairs or replacements.
If we collect customer data for reservations, online orders, or marketing, we ensure that it is stored securely and not shared with third parties. We comply with UK GDPR regulations to protect customer privacy. Customers can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
